→ 이제 아무렇지 않아야 하는데

could tell: 눈치채다, 알아보다

confuse A with B = A를 B로 착각하다

 

But then you went and changed the words

→ 네가 말을 바꿔버렸잖아 → 네가 변해버렸잖아
